Outerwear- Jacket
With this Design I took into consideration the current situations in the world. Designing a piece that is particularly useful right now. The concept revolving around a weather-resistant heavy duty jacket that takes inspiration from outdoor wear and utility style. Incorporating fabrics such as: ballistic nylon, Teflon nylon (Gore-Tex), and neoprene.
I started by sketching the idea I had in mind, ensuring I included all details such as: panelling, zips and placement of toggles etc. I then took the concept of 'sketch' a step further. Loading my original hand drawings into photoshop and re-drawing the jacket and implementing the real fabrics I would use by collaging images of the real fabric, onto my design. Providing an interesting image that gives an idea of what the jacket will look like when brought to life.

Outerwear- Balaclava cap
For my next concept I wanted to incorporate a headwear piece. Designing the concept to be a versatile piece, which you could use as an extra hooded layer.
Accessory- Sling bag
I also wanted to include a bag in this collection concept. Taking inspiration from aquatic objects such as shells, also taking elements from techwear, to think of a visually interesting sling bag design that would not only be nice to look at, but also prove functional in different weather conditions.
